Hey there, I'm Sky! As an ADHDer I have always been passionate about business and doing things my way. It wasn't until later in my adult years that I finally had the balls to take the leap, ditch the people pleasing, give fear the middle finger and start my own business!
With four kids under five (one with ADHD and Autism) I quit my 9-5 government job, encouraged my husband to do the same and we went all in on creating my own psychology practice.
What started as an idea has now become a 7-figure business, allowing my husband and I to have more time with the kids, holidays, choosing our own hours and has set us up financially in investment property.
Now I want to help you too. Because here's the thing if my ADHD brain can do it, so can yours!

And really just start to fill into, what do I want? What do I need? What makes me happy? What are the things that are most important to me in my life that I actually just want to reset and focus on? And just allow yourself for a moment to just sit in that space. I am so excited to be finally back talking to you all. Like it has been a red hot minute. So if you are new to this space, welcome. My focus, instead of just being on broad mental health, I've really kind of niched down a little bit in terms of ADHD. And so what I want to do every week is answer your questions about ADHD. You know, we spend a lifetime listening to the, the trail of thoughts in our head and believing that those thoughts are not only true, but that they can't be changed, that they are just what they are and they mean things about us. And the reality is that isn't actually true. Those thoughts have been recycled from someone else and you get to choose a different thought. But what's even more important Then choosing a different thought is checking in with yourself from a different space. Like when we're busy and we're in the doing, we're often in our head, right? Now what would happen if you just went somewhere that you felt safe, calm, quiet, at peace, and if you're listening to me and thinking I have nowhere like that, maybe it's just your bedroom under your blankets. Maybe it's the beach, maybe it's the rainforest, uh, maybe it's sitting, I love sitting in my car with the windows up, radio off, like just by myself, right? Like wherever you can do this, I want you to do this. And I want you to, this is what I want you to do. I want you to close your eyes and I just want you to kind of notice the natural rhythm of your breath. Just noticing your breath coming in and out. And you may even notice that like the air coming in is, you know, it's rather warm and then the air going out. It's a bit colder or it might be vice versa for you. Maybe when you check now, like when you breathe in, you might be like, Oh, it's a bit cold. When you breathe out, it might be a bit warm. Just see what you notice, allowing the breath to come and go. And then what I want you to do is I want you to put your hands on your heart and I want you to take a deep breath. And from that place, I want you to check in. Now, just take a moment breathing in and breathing out with your hand on your heart and really just start to feel into. What do I want? What do I need? What makes me happy? What are the things that are most important to me in my life that I actually just want to reset and focus on? And just allow yourself for a moment to just sit in that space and just to feel into your wants, your needs, your happiness, fulfillment, what kind of purpose you want to have in this world. Like just sit with that for a few moments and allow your mind to wander around it. But here's the thing, the minute you find yourself in thought, I literally want you to notice the thought and then bring your attention back to your heart space. Just breathing in and breathing out. And after a while, when you start to notice your wants, your desires, your happiness, when you start to notice those things showing up for you. I want you to open a journal or your diary and I just want you to free write whatever shows up. Like nothing, nothing gets to be off limits in this moment. And then if you feel it, share with us, let us know like what shows up for you. Because unless you allow the blinkers off and your mind to wander and for you to see that there is choice, you're going to stay stuck in this lane of busy. Being everything for everybody else and not living this one life that you have for you. What are you going to choose?
